One of our favorite things to do at Tyler Goff Group is get out into the community and spend time with our neighbors. To that end, we like to compile our favorite things to do and places to go for each season. Below you will find our list of fall delights!

7 Things to Do in and around Sioux Falls this Fall

Fall Festival at Country Apple Orchard

Country Apple Orchard is an absolute must-visit every fall in this area. Just outside of Sioux Falls in Harrisburg, this large and lovely orchard has a fall festival every year filled with fun activities for the whole family. Jumping pillows, a tire mountain, a corn maze, a hay ride, and so much more, Country Apple Orchard is open every weekend during fall. Bring the whole family!

Fall Festival at Mazing Acres

Another great fall festival is a bit further out in Yankton at Mazing Acres. Open every weekend through the end of October, this beautiful spot offers a corn maze, food trucks, and activities for everyone. Consider taking the scenic drive down one Saturday and taking it all in.

Harvest Festival at Wilde Prairie Winery

For those of us who love a glorious winery, take the kids over to Wilde Prairie Winery for their fall festival this season and enjoy some of their best wine while your kids play. Saturday, October 7. It’s the best of both worlds!

Pumpkin Festival at Riverview Christmas Tree Farm

Who says a Christmas tree farm can only have Christmas trees? No one. That’s who! Riverview will be open for 4 weekends between September and October, and they even have a haunted trail on October 7! Bring the whole family for fun and games, food and pumpkins!

Corn Maze at Heartland Country Maze

Every year Heartland carves a super cool path through 11 acres, hands visitors a map, and wishes them luck! You can spend all day having fun amid the corn stalks. We know we will!

Corn Maze at Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park

Maybe you’ve been to Jellystone Park. But have you been to the corn maze at Jellystone Park? Have you been to the midnight maize? It is an absolute must.

Washington Pavilion Spooky Science

And finally, if you have kids, you must check out the Spooky Science event at Washington Pavillion on Main Avenue. It’s an all day event on October 21 with activities for kids of all ages. Your kids can wear costumes, play with slime and bubbles, and even get a bag of treats to take home, all surrounded by art and science.
